We were so lucky to be invited to our friend's home for a BBQ on the 4th of July! There was excellent food, great friends and lots of fun for the kids! They had set up the slip-n-slide and the pool, plus they have a swing set!! It was kid heaven! We ate and ate and ate... mmmmmmm! We watched the parachuters drop in to the nearby post activities and ate and talked. We ate watermelon and delicious desserts. We talked more. We got chased inside by some thunder, lightning and rain, so we played some card games. It cleared off pretty quickly and so we returned outside. Then it was time for the pops and the sparklers! Yay! For the finale, we walked over to the nearby golf course and sat on the fairway for a perfect view of the fireworks show! It was awesome! Looks like you had fun Rach! We wish you guys were driving through again sometime soon, we sure had fun wth you for like an hour last year!!!!:))
