A good friend of ours gave us a swing set to set up in our backyard and Jillian was sooooooo excited! It was a little too cold to play outside but she just had to give it a try! Now that it's warmer, she's out there every afternoon, swinging away and singing as she does. Such a little sweetheart!
We spend our days working from 7 am till around 3 or 4pm on Jessi and Miah's schoolwork. It takes a lot of effort on all our parts to work quickly and quietly together. I snapped a photo of the three of them (below) and they look so productive!! Not always the case... Jillian likes to sit and color or write her ABC's while they work, but she tends to be a bit distracting with her singing or giggling or talking to herself... typical stuff for her.... So then I have to send her upstairs to play. We are still liking this homeschool experience. The CRCT's are coming (last week of April!) so we'll see how well we've done this year when we get those results back. I did sign them up for next year with K12... but I'm hoping a move will be in our future!!
