Jess won a gym bag full of work-out goodies from the Health and Wellness Center here on post. She was soooo excited! Yay!! She got some pretty cool stuff: a fitness ball, hand weights, a jump rope, football, water bottle, pedometer... and then the cool bag to put it all in!

Sweet! If she keeps lifting those weights, she'll...well, it probably won't do too much, because they are so tiny!:)
